Instructions for your 100 brush strokes a day:
1. Tilt your head forward at chest height and comb your hair from the nape of your neck to your forehead. This is how your lymph and blood flow really gets going.
2. Come back up with your head and brush in the opposite direction from your forehead back to your neck.
3. Now comb from ear to ear, from right to left and vice versa, alternating.
4. Finally, brush again from the forehead to the neck.

Cleaning & Care:
You can clean all Thats me Organic® hairbrushes, except the Ionic Brush, with water and our Thats me Organic® care shampoo. Afterwards, it is very important that you place your brush on a towel with the bristles facing down so that the water can drain off the brush. You can remove hair and lint with a comb. If you treat your brush well, it will last you a lifetime!
